The front desk staff, not particularily polite when I checked in. Didn't provide much information, had to try and figure out stuff ourselves. Biggest concern ... NO snow removal on exterior stairs, making for a very unsafe situation. Bed very firm ...tap was very loose in room. Breafast ( scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns ) cold.

Can tell it's under renovation, but even still it's still in rough shape. Interior of the rooms were surprising nice compared to the rest of the motel/hotel. For the price it was a decent stay

Do not stay here. It’s really old, not updated and sketchy. I didn’t stay 5 minutes in my room, I deeply regret booking here and will not ever recommend. I left and went to another hotel.

Worst hotel experience. Was told upon check-in that my deposit would be returned in approximately 7 days. The deposit was also 2.5 times more than the night stay. So I said nevermind i will go to another hotel. The associate named Inder to me he had to wait till Monday to get my refund that i jad initially paid for. Still haven't received email or refund.

TL;DR? 0 stars. Disgusting. Felt unsafe. Dirty. Lack of amenities. Very run down, under reno. Do not book unless you know you have a renovated room, at very least. Full disclosure, I wouldn’t have bothered leaving a review had I also not had a poor experience with management - I spilled some red wine (my fault, I acknowledged) on the sheet and was invoiced by email $80 for a sheet and mattress protector. It took 3 attempts (including a complaint to Wyndham directly) to get a response from the hotel about the charge, and their response was ‘that’s policy’ even after I described the conditions of our stay. Maybe they should switch to Tide? 🙄 I wasn’t asking anything other than the reversal of the invoice, not the stay. I booked the room not expecting much, we just needed a place to sleep and I’m not overly picky - I figured it’s a Ramada, how bad could it be? Had we not arrived late and exhausted with kids I wouldn’t have stayed. The room itself was so gross, incredibly run down with damage everywhere, disgusting carpets, dirty mugs, no drinking glasses, questionable room towels. The pool had no towels and there seemed to be no inside access to an attendant/reception, you had to leave the building to get around to the front desk? Didn’t feel ideal for a late check in. There was a pile of stuff in the lot at room entrance, looked like someone was camping out there or evicted from a room, couldn’t tell if someone was sleeping there. I could go on.

My stay wasn’t long but I had a great experience here. The stuff was really kind and helpful when I had questions and the room was very clean! I had to move the couch when I dropped something behind it and there was not a spec of dust or crumbs under it (even my own house isn’t always that clean haha). Some rough spots in the room were unfinished or a bit run down but for the price I was impressed and happy. Some rooms are motel style so if you don’t want that you should check if you’ll have indoor or outdoor room access. Otherwise, I would stay there again

Our room was dirty outdated and worn out. With drywall dust everywhere. I don't think they have ever mopped the floors. Breakfast was hardly edible. Booked it because it was a Ramada only to get there and find out it's a old outdated motel that they slapped the name radar on. The only thing that was ok was the pool area.

The room was atrocious, there was no turn on for the shower and the tap for the sink was so loose it almost pulled out. The room smelled of cigarette smoke the moment you opened the door.

The rooms were not very clean and had patched drywall everywhere. Upon getting there we discovered that some of the room had indoor access to the pool and breakfast area. One of our group had 3 small children and had to get them dressed and take them through -25 weather to the pool then had to go back out wet after swimming in the cold to get a room. Their website is misleading as there is no mention that most rooms are motel style. Our bed was broken and when I complained about they said someone would have to look at it to determine if we did it. They changed the bed and noticed that there was a Pepsi spill on the sheets and said we would need to pay for the "stain". I said it's not stained if you want i will take it and wash it to prove it. They didn't charge me. Everything stated that breakfast was from 7-10 but they kicked us out by 9:00. Then finally after leaving we were charge extra money because another room had spilled chocolate milk in the bed. The said they did not want to you h it and made us pay for it. I asked for pictures of it washed to prove it was stained and they stated it was not washed and was written off. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This was an interesting stay, the building doesn't look like much, but they have a pool, hot tub, and steam room. The rooms were super clean, and the staff were top notch. The staff went out of their way to make our stay worthwhile. I would most definitely. Breakfast was fantastic. I will definitely be back, and this is where I will choose to stay.

The room/bed itself was decently big and comfortable. We don’t expect too much from a budget motel but getting locked out of your room for 45 minutes in a swim suit at 10 pm. Management couldn’t even open it with a master key. When we finally got in we had plans to go eat and their solution was to prop the door open while we were gone. We finally after an hour got the key to work but seriously. Make sure your doors work and batterie's/key locks are changed.
