“We rent VRBOs several times a year and I have never left one for feeling unsafe or that the house was not up to par. The place was listed as a condo online, at the entrance, it’s listed as an apartment complex. The listing never mentions being up a long concrete flight of stairs with no elevator for disabled or elderly people. My 70 year old mother is with us and has very bad knees. It was dangerous for her to go up and down these stairs. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, there are 2 flat……

“The minute we walked in the door, we saw a roach scurry. And then there were more. We booked 2 nights but only stayed one. It is a shame; the place is otherwise clean, the bed is comfy, etc. Would not recommend unless the roach issue has been handled.”
