“Lovely hotel, fabulous staff were so helpful. Great bar which shuts about 11pm and dinner in the restaurant was excellent and very reasonable. The room and bathroom were a good size with a walk in shower, also in the room, TV, A/C and fridge. There was mineral water but no tea and coffee making. But you can get good coffee at the bar at anytime. There is also parking for hotel guests just up the road from the hotel. Lovely stay.”

“We stayed 1 week, paid 20k$ for a 3 bedroom Suite, pool was not usable as full of algae, when complained they tried to clean it and then the water was dirty. Houskeeping is inconsistent, one day they have a trun down, the other day not, breakfast is sometimes a zoo, everyone running around and waiting times of 10-15min for a coffee, cold coffee.. building is nice, staff has zero passion to make your stay nice and if you complain not much happens.”

“Extremely disappointing experience. The noise levels from screaming children and drunk adults during the so called quiet hours were unbearable. The quiet hour rules are simply not enforced. Complained to the reception but they didn’t seem to care. No carts to move your bags from the parking area to our cabin which was a considerable walk. Lighting inside the cabin was poor. Breakfast was well overpriced. The only good thing about the place was its close proximity to the beach which was quite……

“+ esssaal + essen + poollandschaft + eis + Getränke + Zimmer + kinderbetreuing / Equipment - wassergläser waren sehr schmutzig (jeden Tag) - im esssaal sehr laut / sehr viele Menschen - keine deutsche Kinderbetreuung weshalb unsere Tochter nicht mehr gehen wollte, obwohl viele deutschsprachige Kinder. Animateure haben teilweise mit dem Handy übersetzt. - Unser kind (5 Jahre) wurde einfach so aus dem Kinderclub entlassen, obwohl die Eltern nicht da waren (!) - Keine kostenlosen……

“It was an interesting experience staying in a boat house; the view from it was very nice. The service was good, and the room was well-maintained, although the cleaning of the dining area could be further improved.”

“The room was nice and clean. Except a big complain about the shower. The shower head was leaking all over and spraying water all over. Another major drawback for me is the situation with getting an iron and an iron board. Couldn’t believe that the entire hotel had only 1 iron and board. I had to ask couple of times and finally got one on end of second day of my stay that too just the iron and not the board. Bizarre. The dinner in the evening was ok nothing great but very highly priced compared……
