「Boendet ligger på gåavstånd till flera stränder och berget jävulens sadel. Dock ligger det ut mot en väldigt trafikerad väg, så terrassen gav inte mycket värde. Bra service och tillgänglighet för frågor och önskemål, även om receptionen var obemannad. Närheten till stranden gjorde att avståndet till stadens centrum var för långt för att gå.
