“Everything from the welcome at the start of our stay, until the moment we checked out was fantastic. The location is breathtaking, the rooms and pool were amazing.”

“The choices of food was not great, it felt like prison that we couldn’t use any part of the hotel after 11pm as everywhere was locked until 8am. When we used the pool outside there was a mice in there happily swimming, when we advised the Hotel someone from maintenance came and took it out with a net he I didn’t use any other equipment or anything to clean the pool. We then refused to go into the pool and nothing was done about it. We were overcharged for something we didn’t have on our check……

“This is a great place to stay with excellent service provided by the staff. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was consistently well-stocked, and the staff were accommodating to our needs. We dined at the hotel restaurant a few times; however, the dinner offerings were somewhat disappointing compared to the other amenities. Offering a wider variety of dinner options, particularly vegetarian choices, would improve the overall experience.”

“Breakfast is outstanding. Everyone is very attentive. The grounds are beautiful. The wine is delicious. Everyone at the desk can't be more helpful. It is a bit of a difficult drive-in and out but well worth the effort. The rooms are clean well appointed. The only thing missing is shampoo in the rooms. They give you robes and slippers. I would be very happy to go back there if I ever came back to Sicily.”

“The place was amazing! We enjoyed our stay here, definitely try out their wine tasting . The only feedback we had was the breakfast, the options were very limited. There was some cereals and cold bread, cold eggs and some cheese and ham, the one shown in the pictures are the ones you've to pay for.”

“We were welcomed by energetic Betina and she made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We had a delicious dinner on site. Our bed and pillows was very comfortable making it difficult to wake up. Pool area had excellent views of Pienza in the distance.”
