Spacious holiday apartment close to the sea and beach
This holiday apartment is in a detached house close to the beach (150 m distance), in a tranquil setting along a not-often used road in the village of Banjole. Here you can enjoy peace, tranquility, chirping of birds, the park full of flowering trees and seasonal flowers.
In Banjole you have the opportunity primarily to enjoy in cristal clear sea, numerous bays, peninsulas and natural beaches that will, along with numerous sport activities, fill your holiday with fun and leisure. The beaches in Banjole are rocky and gravel, and since the pine wood is near the sea, you will find a place in shade to escape from hot sun. Walking paths and cycling routes near the sea are a special pleasure for many tourists.

Apartment A1 is located in villa MaVeRo, located 150 m from the sea. From the balcony of the apartment you have a view to the sea and the beach in Vinkuranska vala. The apartment is 79 m2 and is located on the first floor. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating radiators, wlan internet access (all included in the price). The apartment has a spacious hallway that leads to the kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen has a working area fully equipped: hotplate electric, two cooking gas, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee brewing for German tourists, express coffee for Italian tourists. Living part of the kitchen is equipped with a large dining table with 4 chairs. In this part you will find TV with satellite on the wall. From the kitchen you can enter the terrace covered an awning, table for 4 persons, where they can dine and enjoy the outdoors. From this terrace you have a nice view to the beach, just 150 m from the villa.
The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, sink with toilet mirror, bidet and toilet bowl. In the bathroom there is ironing board and iron and hair dryer. Using washing machine is possible in agreement with the owner, all this in part of villa equipped with washing machine. From the bathroom you can reach the balcony, designed for drying clothes. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed (size 160/200 cm), toilet parts, dressing table, sofa and large wardrobe. The second room is furnished with two single beds (size 80/200 cm), toilet part, cabinet for clothes and satellite TV. From the room you can come to a balcony overlooking the garden of the villa and the surrounding forest. Apartment is perfectly clean and disinfected especially with steam cleaners for a greater degree of hygiene.
In the apartment you have all necessary for Your good start in vacation: shampoos, detergents for hygiene, toilet paper, bed linen (changed every 7 days), towels (three per person, changed every third day), tablecloths, tea towels etc.
The beach is about 150 metres away. The Plaza is accessible by sand, by bicycle, by car.Part of the beach is adapted to the children with their parents. In the part of the beach it is possible to bathe pets.
There are several restaurants but the restaurant Vala recommends specialties of fish and meat, with a beautiful view of the Vinkuran bay and accommodation almost on the coast
