You have access to the 15 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (20 l, freezer), coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Medulin. The villa is located on a 7,000 sqm enclosed plot. In an absolutely quiet location, surrounded by the fresh and clean air of the oak forest, the villa offers eight people a relaxing holiday in Medulin. Youth groups are not permitted. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars).
