On the ground floor, the villa welcomes you with a bright and spacious living and dining room furnished in a modern style, offering direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. Also on this level, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, its own en-suite shower and WC, and a direct exit to the garden. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed for comfortable self-catering stays. A separate WC is also available on this floor for added convenience. On the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, each with its own private shower and WC and direct access to the terrace. The first of these rooms is appointed with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, while the second features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, comprising a partly roofed terrace of 17 m2 and a second terrace of 30 m2, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs for your relaxation.
