「This was a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend it a million times over. I had very good communication with the owner. She was very responsive to all of my inquiries. The one thing that I would really like to point out is that the kitchen was very stocked. If you like to cook, as I do…. 「Okay...At first I was a bit concerned about the condition of the cabin. It reminded me of a ranch bunk house and was a bit run down on the outside. Inside, though, was very comfortable! There is a t.v., fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of hot water. It was so quiet at night! The donkeys and horse visited us when we arrived and again the morning we left. Loved it!!」

「My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Almost nothing is open in Medicine Park Monday through Wednesday, but it means the trails and lakes are also quiet, and we enjoy that. The cabin is beautifully situated and very private for something within easy walking distance of downtown. We hiked the narrows, watched the sunset from Mt. Scott, mountain biked the fire road just two miles from the cottage, and kayaked. The weather was perfect and the bed at night was extremely comfortable....

「Medicine Park is an absolute GEM! I think everyone should visit this area at least once! My only suggestion for the property owner is some updated pictures for the cabin rental listing. I’ll admit, I looked at pictures thoroughly but only skimmed through the listings actual amenities. There isn’t a washer/dryer like shown in the pictures. The water pressure in the bathroom was less than thrilling and the beds are very flat/uncomfortable but we managed for our two night stay. Thanks for offering...
