We stayed for 4 nights with our 3 dogs at the end of October beginning of November We found the house wonderful , the kitchen was very well equipped , the house was immaculate when we arrived and the fire place amazing , the beds were extremely comfortable We had an amazing few days and loved going to the beaches nearby and visiting the market at dinan, the dogs loved the extensive grounds as did we ! We will definitely come back again

Very nice house and quiet surroundings. Nice big garden and with the car 10 minutes away from nice town and restaurants. Everything available in the house for people who like to cook. Lovely old towns and seaside not far away. Thank you for the welcome gifts! We recomend this place to our friends.

Pleasant stay and warm welcome. No arrival nor départure formalities. Simple to manage. The Houde is clean and well equipped. 2 remarks, already mentionned by previous guests: pity that there is no séparation with other houses in thé garden. A fence at least in front of the terraces would improve privacy. And also, please repair wifi, which was ooo. But overall, Good expérience

Zoek je een ruim en comfortabel huis in een landelijke omgeving en rustig gelegen? Dan is La Grange de perfecte plek. Hoewel La Grange samen met The Farmhouse en The Gite op een terrein ligt, is er meer dan voldoende ruimte om het huis om je eigen plek te vinden. De woonkeuken met gigantische open haard geeft het huis een authentiek karakter. Toch is het van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. De inrichting van het huis is dan wel niet hyper modern en strak, maar dat zou ook niet goed passen bij dit robuuste huis . Het is er wel netjes en schoon. Een auto is wel een must om er te komen en vanuit het huis uitstapjes te ondernemen in de omgeving; en voor de boodschappen zoals bijvoorbeeld in Plelan-le-Petit. Juliet die het huis beheert is een vriendelijke en geweldige hulp in geval van vragen en opmerkingen. Voor onze tieners was de aanwezigheid van een pooltafel en tafeltennistafel zeer welkom. Er is zelfs een elektrische piano. Op een gigantisch beeldscherm kunnen DVD's gekeken worden. Kortom, een prima huis om vakantie te vieren in een heerlijk rustige omgeving.

Wir hatten tolle 12 Tage im großen Hausteil , mit Tischtennisplatte und Billiard Tisch, so dass auch unserem Sohn nicht langweilig war. Ein herrlicher Garten als Auslauf für den Hund und zum Entspannen. Das kleine Dorf Plelan le Petit ist gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und man kann alles für den täglichen Bedarf einkaufen! Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Gites pas très propre , Tv ne fonctionne pas , machine à laver non fonctionnelle , cuisine pas propre !! Et tout les ustensiles de la cuisine très sales ! Une poêle cramée et sale , lave vaiselle réclame sel et liquide de rinçage ! Manque évident d’entretien dans la cuisine et sanitaire . Extérieur en revanche très jolie et propre , cadre très agréable à 20 min de Dinan !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à La Grange. La maison est spacieuse et confortable. Très bien équipée. Ping pong et billard ont fait le plaisir des enfants et des grands. Nous avons visité les environs. Mont st Michel, Dinan, st cast... Une très bonne expérience!

Wij waren hier met onze volwassen kinderen en hun respectievelijk lief. We hebben genoten van een comfortabel huis, met veel mogelijkheden qua koken én amusement (pingpong- en biljarttafel hebben dienst gedaan!). De omgeving is heel landelijk, je wandelt de deur uit, recht de natuur in! Aanrader!

Gîte très agréable à occuper et propriétaire très réactif lors des quelques difficultés rencontrées. Points positifs : un grand congélateur, 2SDB et 3 wc, 1 chaîne hifi avec des CD ; les formalités d’entrée et de sortie sont simplifiées au maximum ; quelques produits de base (PQ, savon, liquide vaisselle, sucre, thé, café), 1 Ping Pong et 1 baby foot, lieu calme en pleine campagne ; Points négatifs : il y a trois gîtes sur le même site ce qui n’était pas clairement indiqué dans l’annonce ce qui nous a un peu déçus à l’arrivée. Notamment la terrasse du gîte n’est pas séparée de celle du gîte voisin ; un brise vue aurait été apprécié. La cuisine pourrait également être un peu mieux équipée. Manquent notamment une paire de ciseaux, 1 fouet, 1 moule à gâteau et les petites cuillères sont en nombre insuffisant comparées aux couteaux et fourchettes. Enfin, le LAve linge est commun aux 3 gîtes et il y a des remontées d’odeurs d’egout/humidité dans la SDB du 2e étage (surtout le soir et la nuit).

Belle maison avec beaucoup d'espace. Un bon point de départ pour visiter la Bretagne, de Saint-Malo au Cap Frehel en passant par la forêt de Broceliande et l'île de Brehat.

Mais dommage, il manquait plusieurs choses pour avoir le maximum d'étoiles. Juliette sur place très aimable, mais ne parle pas du tout le français. Pas de freezer dans le réfrigérateur, donc pas de glaçon. Il faut aller les chercher dans le congélateur partagé, qui se trouve dans une grange fermée d'une chaine et d'un cadenas. Le lave linge au même endroit à la façade toute rouillée et ne fonctionnait pas. La TV n'avait ni box ni lecteur DVD comme indiqué, TV inutilisable. Wifi en permanence en accès limité même à 5 cm du routeur, ne donne donc accès à rien. Pour la chambre du haut qui a un lit de 2 places, il y avait 2 draps d'une personne. Pas très pratique. Il est indiqué barbecue partagé, mais l'immense jardin qui est très sympa, l'est aussi, ce qui est mal informé. Comment fait on pour récupérer la caution, Juliette sur place n'était pas du tout au courant. Néanmoins, nous avons passé 3 bonnes journées. JMP

Tres bel emplacement nature. Maison tres agreable avec un grand terrain non clos. A savoir reception wifi compliquée le soir. Pas de connexion à la television Lecteur DVD et très bel ecran. Mais tous les DVD sont en Anglais.

Gerade in der Hauptsaison bietet dieses Anwesen ein hohes Maß an Ruhe und dennoch zentraler Lage. Die Anbindung an die Küste und sehenswerte Orte (Jugon-les-Lacs, Dinan, St.Malo, der Marstempel bei Corseul, Chateau Hunaudaye und Guildo) sind zeitnah zu erreichen. Das Haus ist in seinem Aufbau einmalig schön und gibt allein durch seine Aufteilung ein Gefühl von Ruhe und Behaglichkeit. Ich kann den Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen.

Pasamos una semana increíble en "La Granja". Muchos lugares que visitar a menos de una hora en coche. No conocíamos la Bretaña Francesa y nos pareció un lugar que hay que volver a visitar. La casa en perfecto estado, espaciosa, agradable y sobre todo con todo lo necesario para descansar y pasar unas buenas vacaciones en familia. La atención de las personas que la cuidan fue perfecta. Recomiendo la casa para familias con niños que quieran pasar unos días alejados de la gran ciudad para descansar y conocer esta region y hacer excursiones del día completo a Dinan, St Malo, Mt St Michel, Josselin, etc.

Wir waren sehr angetan von dem ländlichen Domizil mit riesigem parkähnlichem Landschaftsgarten. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Das Highliht des restaurierten bretonischen Steinhauses ist der etagenübergreifende Kamin im offenen Wohnraum mit Galerie. Wir haben in unserem 2 wöchigen Urlaub sehr schöne Abende mit Kochen, Kaminfeuer, Wein und gutem bretonischen Cidre verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses war ein guter Startpunkt für diverse schöne Radtouren im Hinterland. Mit dem Auto lassen sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem erkunden. Wunderschöne Küstenabschnitte, Seebäder, Ile de Brehat, Mont Saint Michel - wir haben es nicht bereut uns für das Hinterland entschieden zu haben. Nach den Ausflügen haben wir uns gern einen Cidre im Garten gegönnt. Wir haben uns auch zu zweit in dem großen Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein besonderer Dank an den Vermieter der extra noch ein neues TV Gerät angeschafft hat. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in wunderschönem bretonischem Ambiente mit rustikalem Charme das wir jederzeit Freunden empfehlen würden.
