「The apartment is nice and well appointed. The balcony is very large and nice. The only confusion was with the Google coordinates, don’t use them. Instead type the name of the apartment complex. Also, it is considered floor 2, but is actually the top floor or level 3, but the elevator says 2… I don’t know. Maybe the 1st floor is 0 floor. The parking spot was the most challenging aspect. 「This was the worst property I have ever stayed at, it was on a nicely kept complex grounds were nice however you went downstairs to it there were cockroaches, ants galore the lounge had been separated with a stud wall cutting out all natural light making the lounge so small it felt so claustrophobic with the lights out it was pitch black!! 「Staff was welcoming and helpful, the pools were great. The proximity to the beach and town was definitely walkable and very picturesque.
Our unit was beautiful but needing a little love, i.e. fix curtains in living room and main bedroom, clean bathrooms better, clean kitchen better. The living room furniture was stained and need cleaning of upholstery and between cushions.

「Our host was great and the location of the property was perfect. Pool was right outside of our front deck. Walk to beach, Marina, restaurants and Old Town all within 5-15 minute walk.
