「We hated to leave. The villa was more beautiful and spacious than the pictures led us to believe, and we felt so welcomed by Gabriella. It was if we were staying with family or friends, not as strangers. We struggled with getting there (our fault, due to a typo in the GPS) but Gabriella was so kind and patient with us. When we finally made it she was waving to us from the gate, what a welcome sight. She gave us a tour, showed us everything, and had some little welcome gifts for us as well! ...

「We hebben hier een geweldige vakantie gehad. Cannobio, Cannero en omgeving vinden wij erg mooi. We hebben genoten van deze mooie vakantiewoning. Uitzicht werkelijk geweldig en de tuin en balkon zijn een grote plus voor deze vakantiewoning. Sommige aspecten aan deze woning zijn wat gedateerd maar de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed. 「Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet u sauber. Wir haben zum Frühstück u Abendessen die tolle Aussicht genossen. Der Pool war wenig besucht, welches unsere Kinder bei der Benutzung sehr freute. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 」

「The villa and its facilities far exceeded expectations, it is so much more beautiful in person and the setting is idyllic. The walk back up the hill from the small marina area is not too difficult but well worth it for the views of the lake and the waterside restaurants. 」

「Des l'accueil, nous avons été sous le charme de la situation géographique de la maison, au dessus du lac, et séduits par le décor ( même si nous avons été surpris de loger parmi les effets et bibelots de valeur et très personnels du propriétaire). The hotel ruins my impression about Wyndham Group
"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
