The room is on the smaller side, but it’s perfect for a couple or two people. If you’re planning to be out exploring most of the day and mainly need a comfortable, convenient place to sleep and relax, this is a great option. The location is very convenient, and overall we had a really good stay. We would definitely recommend it!

Keine Informationen über Zusatzgebühren für den Parkplatz im Vorraus, andere Rechnung als in Expedia veranschlagt und gebucht, Klospülung funktionierte nicht immer, Rezeption konnte kein Deutsch oder Französisch. Telefonische Rezeption ebenso weder deutsch noch französisch. Diese war bis auf einen Tag unbesetzt.

Very friendly staff and a comfy clean room! They made sure we had a great view and were so kind and accommodating, especially making sure we had a room that could fit our bikes in it. The location is perfect too, lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again.

We could not stay at the hotel as Hotel management had arranged another hotel nearby for us. Apparently they had whole Hotel booked on that day which is understandable. Initially it was a big concern and inconvenient for us but eventually it was sorted by them. Nearby hotel was good enough! Rebstock hotel had kept our luggage earlier than check in time which made us enable to use our day.

Clean. The owner/manager was often not at the desk, nor anybody. He did not give us a guest card (gives discounts on lifts, etc) upon arrival and when we went several times to the desk to try to get one, there was no one there.

I stayed in the second building and as soon as you walk in it’s so dirty the carpets are all stained and it smells awful like animal piss in the whole building. The room was okay but you can hear everything through the walls. I had a question and there was no one at reception so I called the number and they answered with an attitude and didn’t even help. Never again

If you want to be intelanken or the jungfrau area I don’t recomend this hotel is to far away 30 minutes to interlaken and 1 hour to grindelwald and the train runs just every 30 min. If you plan to stay here in meringen I recomend it

The Hotel was centrally located to train station and attractions. Upon arrival the reception area was quite dark. Staff was unable to communicate room check in and procedures. Friendly however awkward.
