clean hotel, room and onsen. Restaurant was nice, food was great. convenient fridge, kettle and microwave in the room. great supply of bare necessities = toothbrush, paste, slippers, comb. I had a very pleasant stay

Liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room and an onsite onsen. Although sad that the women's onsen doesn't have a cold plunge or sauna like the men's. Provided pajamas, onsen towels and disposable slippers were good additions. Breakfast was ok.Thanks for a lovely stay.

■立地 東武伊勢崎線川俣駅すぐなので、列車利用の際は便利。ただし、運転本数が少な目なので、発車時刻には要注意。 また、買物や食事をする場所が周辺には皆無なので、事前に購入しておかないとあとで困ることになる。ホテルの1Fにレストランがあるが、メニューは限られているので、食べたいものが食べられるとは限らない点に注意。値段は安めなのでありがたい。 ■フロント 予約するとメールでQRコードが連携されるので、QRコードをフロントの端末に読み込ませればチェックイン完了…と思いきや、全てのデータがリンクされているわけではないので、その部分はいちいち入力しなければならず、ここは不便。 ■エレベーター・廊下 エレベーターゴンドラ内のセンサーにカードキーをタッチしないとボタン操作ができないようになっており、いちおうのセキュリティは確保されている。 廊下は絨毯敷きで静粛性は高い。 ■客室 アメニティの類は客室に置いていないので、フロント前のアメニティ置き場から必要なものをチョイスして持っていくスタイル。 ドアのノブがセンサーとなっていて、ここにカードキーをタッチすることで解錠できる。ちょっと珍しいタイプのドアだ。ドアの隙間が狭いので、廊下の音が室内にあまり入ってこないのはポイント高い。 室内に洗面台がある今時の設計だが、底が浅いので、手や顔が洗いにくい上に、周囲に水が飛び散る。 デスクがほとんど無いに等しい激狭なので、PC広げての作業がほぼできない。 連泊が基本の設計なのだろうか、電子レンジとやたらデカい冷蔵庫がある。 シャワールームはバスタブが無いタイプで、洗い場のみ。湯船に浸からない派の人には良いかもしれない。シャワーの水圧も水量も充分で、全てのホテルがこうであって欲しいという感じ。自宅にも欲しくなる。 洗面台に照明が無いのが気になる。人によっては欲しいだろうと思うから、ここは改善してほしいところ。 ■眺望 駅側の部屋をアサインされると、川俣駅を一望できるトレインビューな部屋となる。ただし、最上階が5階と低めなので、遠景は期待できない。 ■総評 駅近でありながら、列車の運転本数は少なめであり、近所に買物ができる場所が無いので、クルマが無いと少々厳しい立地。 ホテルにコンビニが併設されていたら、使い勝手が良いホテルになるだろう。 また、デスクが小さいのもいただけない。 現状は寝るだけの宿と割り切って使うしかない。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。 ツインを利用しましたが、ベッドも広く快適に過ごしました。 テレビの位置が窓の前にあるので、朝日や景色が見えずらいのが残念な位でアメニティも揃ってますし、着替えさえあれば本当に手ぶらで泊まれるホテルです。

部屋はもちろんホテルの雰囲気はとても良く清潔感も◎温泉やサウナもあり、疲れが癒やされとても満足！朝食も色々と品数も多くて味も良かったです。 近くに歩いて行けるコンビニが無いので事前に必要な物があれば買い出しするのがオススメです。

チェックインの時間外に到着しそうだったので連絡をしたところ快く受け入れて頂き助かりました。 部屋は新しくキレイで気持ちよくスタンダードツインなのにベッドはセミダブルが2つでリラックスして休む事が出来ました。 残念ながら温泉を利用する余裕がなくチェックアウトをしなければならなかったので部屋のお風呂を気持ちよく使わせて頂きました。 数時間しか滞在できなかったですが普通に気持ちよく使わせてもらいました。
