“The hotel manager was very helpful, collected us from Merzouga and drove us back and forth to the MaMa Africa music festival. (We travel by bus not car). The staff were keen to help and i was able to have several large pot of Lipton (black tea) with milk......bliss. The food seemed good although we didn’t have a main meal as we ate mainly in Merzouga. The pool was wonderful and wine was available at a good price.”

“Nice hotel in Ville Nouvelle close to the train station. They couldn't find my Expedia booking initially which was problematic but eventually found it after about ten minutes. But overall I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. ”

“Pour l’ensemble c’était bien sauf l’accès à l’hôtel et le parking c’était une catastrophe ”

“Chambres spacieuses. Aucune chaîne TV francophone ! France 24 était en anglais et en arabe. Pas d'article de toilette ni de peignoir, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé sur hotel.com. Restaurant banal pour un prix relativement élevé.”

“Room was fairly basic, but clean. Everything (outlets, fridge, TV etc.) worked. Breakfast was great. Pool and garden very peaceful. One annoyance: hall lights are on a timer that turns off before I could reach my room. Altogether very nice. I’ll likely return the next time I travel to Meknes.”
