Best Location. Very clean and as advertised. 5th Floor has a Pool, spa and Sauna. A Hand towel and face cloths would be appreciated, simple and necessary.

Great apartment for our week long stay, had everything we needed. So handy for trams and getting around. Victoria Markets 2 min walk. Check in was easy with no hassles. Pool, sauna and spa an added bonus. Thank you for having us :)

The oven needed cleaning. Smoked when in use. Needed more than 1 towel per guest for 4 days. Very basic.

The access to a laundry machine was extremely convenient, as was the proximity to shops along the nearby streets, Flagstaff Station, and the route 35 City Loop tram just one street over. My only criticisms are how Spartan the actual apartment was, with not much by way of cooking equipment, the door handle and lock to the balcony being broken, and the curtains over the sliding door also being partially broken. These were very small issues though, otherwise the location was lovely and I would very readily stay there again.

A small apartment with two bedrooms, a small living room, a kitchen, and a washing machine; a suitable place for family travel accommodation. It's very close to Victoria Market and Melbourne's city center. If I come to Melbourne again, I will choose to stay here again.

Sehr gute Lage im CBD. Flagstaff Station nicht weit entfernt. Supermärkte und Restaurants fuußläufig schnell erreichbar. Ebenso wie der Queen Victoria Market, der gleich um die Ecke ist. Check-in Prozess war alles gut beschrieben, wo man den Schlüssel bekommt etc.

The property was great, the location was great. It was spacious and the balcony was a nice added bonus. It’s walkable to anything you could need and also very close to multiple tram and bus stops. I walked to and from the airport shuttle stop but it’s like a 5 minute uber as well. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Melbourne.

Clean & quiet room, fantastic views, 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 2 tram lines, train station, Victoria markets, a fantastic location - no need for a car! Dishwasher could do with a clean put through it. Otherwise 10/10 would definitely stay again!
