Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The room could be cleaner. Rug could be replaced. But the location was aces! Communication was excellent. Needed laundry detergent sponges. Just needs a bit more quality control. Maybe a new cleaning crew? Otherwise all was fine.
