Terrible - Avoid at all costs

We booked this property (two rooms) for an overnight stay in the city. Upon check in, unfortunately one of the rooms wasnt cleaned. We immediately let the management know of the issue in the morning and requested a full refund for one of the rooms becuase it hadn't been cleaned. Our friends left in the middle of the night becuase they were unable to stay after a fun night out. Management advised that despite the fact we had time stamped photos that we were lying and refused a refund. Very dissapointing and we will be making a small claims submission via VCAT.
