The hotel are in good location. Free parking is an advantage to my rental car. Well equiped room with kitchen provided good facilities for our cooking. Although hotel is low building, lift is still available for us with heavy baggages. Price is reasonable and acceptable. A lot of travel information regarding large Melbourne area are provided.

一应俱全的酒店
酒店邻近公园，比较清静适合居住，步行到闹事也就15分钟左右，很是方便。我们的房间超大，有独立的客厅、厨房以及房间，各种设施齐全，对面马路就有超市，我们可以在对面超市买了东西活来之后在酒店加工，厨房一应俱全。酒店的前台还能提供中文服务，对于英文不是太好的我来说，解决了很多问题，酒店还能够提供免费的停车位，真是超棒的酒店，再来墨尔本一定还住这里。

Late open hours
We arrived Melbourne in early morning and noticed that the open hour of this apartment is 7am thus we chose it. However when we arrived there at 7:30am there were no people at reception. Thus we called the number shown at the door and got very impolite response, kept asking us to be patient and told us the reception should have been opened. We waited outside the door for like 15mins and finally one staff opened the door for us, though she could not help us check in, at least we can then wait at a warmer area. Finally the staff arrived at 8:15am and helped us check in, while we could not feel any apologies from them. We would really prefer leaving if we did not pay in full at hotels.com previously. Besides the bad service, the location of the apartment is not good at all, far from all tourists attractions and not close to any tram stations.

DO NOT BOOK, THIS PROPERTY HAS CLOSED DOWN! We only found this out after arriving to find the building closed up with nobody around and assigns h the door saying no longer in business. We booked through last-minute less than a week before, were charged for the stay and only found out on arrival, with no alternative. Other guests in similar situation turned up also, absolutely infuriatingly irresponsible.

no information or notice were given to any booked guests, that the hotel was closed. I arrived with 2 over excited kids in tow and stood infront of shut doors. no communication, no answering the phone, nothing.... a security officer told me via phone that the entire complex is closed. extremely disappointed and I got stood up

This propery is looking very tired and in need of TLC. I understand COVID has been tough but there was a major plumbing issue with water running down the front path in 2 places. Probably the cause of no hot water so i couldnt shower in the morning. No washers supplied so unable to even do a body wash. Room was musty so when i arrived all windows were open making the room cold. Lucky i was only there for a short time. The welcome was friendly and good location.

I received an excellent, warm and friendly welcome from Hazel the Receptionist, upon arrival. She informed me of all the Apartment amenities and shopping facilities opposite the Albert Heights Apartments. I chose to stay at the apartments as I had to have a medical procedure opposite St Vincent’s Hospital and I had to rest for 48 hours following the procedure and I could not drive until rested. As this was during COVID Lockdown, I did not want to stay in a hotel. Albert Heights Apartments was perfect for my needs, with a separate kitchen, lounge room, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The apartment was very clean, spacious and quiet, close to the beautiful Treasury Gardens.

Location was great for a hospital stay. Price was great. I would have preferred to have paid more and had a cleaner apartment. All furnishings were worn and tired, carpet was very dirty, blankets were all really terrible and it was cold. I’m afraid my apartment has had its day and I could not recommend it.
