This is the most disgusting Accommodation I have ever used.
No contact available to ring.
Waited for 1 hour for key to be delivered.
Tap falling off. Beds older than Adam
Will not be using Wotiff again if this property stays on their property
Manifest. They should be ashamed to even have it listed.
Very dirty. poor state of repair, shower door broken, no plates in kitchen!. Waited 45minutes to check in. Bedding configuration incorrect
Good position, spacious, good building facilities, in room facilities and service poor.
I was booking a 2 bedrooms with 2 toilets, but was provided with 1 toilets only.
The first night we arrived, there was no hot water for bathing, and the care taker and his supervisor refuse to help.
The care taker was new and do not know what he was doing.
The only good thing about the please is close to China Town.

Great Location
A central location to the CBD. Very convenient and able to walk or use public transport. One bedroom partment was clean.
1. The place doesn’t have its parking, which makes it extremely difficult as the property is in the middle of the city. The cost of stay just doubles.
2. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly, even though it was pointed out it wasn’t fixed and no alternative scrubs were provided to wash the dishes. Makes it hard for stays longer than a day.
2.1 The concierge reaponded only to the first request for bed sheets and didn’t respond to the second request for scrub for dishwashing.
3. The 2nd bed arrangement is in appropriate and very uncomfortable.
4. While booking the website never highlighted things about parking and 2nd bed arrangement.
This particular place is good for 2 people and should not be for 3 or more people.
Not so good. Some unknown animals , may rats or cockroaches, shared my apples in the room. The bed was bad and could be rolling around whole room. Bad check-in. Not a real hotel or services apartment one normally get. It does not have reception. Expected to carry luggage around as not storage after checking out. ID security could be another concern.
Apartment stay was average, room cleanliness could have been improved. Spacious size, basic facilities. Shower strength was woeful. The onsite gym and pool were closed for renovations during my stay, something the host didn't mention nor did the website.
The location is fantastic. The size of the unit was a wonderful surprise, it was roomy and full of natural light. Great for sunrise viewing. I was disappointed that small repair jobs had not been attended too. The cover strip between the kitchen and balance of unit was loose and a trip hazard. The fridge was turned down so low that it froze my food. The drain in the shower backed-up the basin and flooded the floor (Lucky there was a mop and bucket in bathroom - so obviously happens on a regular basis). I also fixed the toilet seat so that it did not "buck you off". So in essence if they fixed the cover strip on the flooring, did something about the shower, made sure the fridge was on the correct temperature and the windows had been cleaned to enjoy the sunrises; my rating would have been so much better. I would stay here again.

Bad experience
We were advised to text message half an hour prior to our arrival which we did, once we did arrive we were not met by anyone. We waited in the foyer for approximately 45 minutes before a staff member greeted us. The car parking area was blocks away and there was a policy that all keys including the car park entry key needed to be left in the hotel room. This was problematic as you had to walk to your car, find a park close to the hotel, go back to your room to collect your luggage and leave your keys in the room. There were no complimentry shampoo, conditioner or soap. The room was not very clean with dust on the blinds and trims, dirty kitchen bench (coffee cup and sugar marks) but the shower was the worst - you could not see through the lower half of the glass door.
The accomadation was in a residential appartment block, no reception and no attendant staff. The apartment was not advertised correctly, it had no one site car facilties and it was not a serviced apartment.
We asked for a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 adults, a couple and our mothers but we received a one bedroom / one study apartment. The bedroom arrangements were to be 1 king size and 2 singles. The two singles were fine because they were in the single bedroom but the king size bed was placed in the study that did not have any windows and a king size bed arrangement does not fit in a study. Also the king size bed was actually two single sized mattresses place on a table, like a large aluminium kitchen table and both single mattress of very poor quality so you were literally sleeping on metal springs whilst also sleeping on a door !!! Therefore, we did not sleep properly and had back problems for the three nights that we had to sleep in this bed. The king size bed also did not fit into the study room and you could not move in the room only just inside the entrance door. There was absolutely no space in this room. If you pay for a two bedroom apartment, you should receive one, especially when you book your apartment over 7 months prior. Not impressed.
The apartment has several defects; the bathroom overflows when you are having a shower, the water from the toilet wash basin and the kitchen wash basin could not flow properly into the sink hole, the kitchen oven was stained and not cleaned properly.
Despite my complain to the apartment concierge, no action was taken to rectify the defects.
The apartment is getting a bit tired and we had no air conditioner for the whole 6 day stay and only promises to get it fixed. The 16th floor windows would barely open with very little air flow for the rooms which was uncomfortable. Being a stand alone apartment in a mainly residential building you are easily forgotten. I would definitely not stay again!

It is not exactly an established hotel apartment with service. Actually you need to contact the apartment owner to arrange a time to let you in the apartment. For the price, it is OK, the location is very handy in CBD Melbourne. It can be confusing for first timers in Melbourne.
