Great location but Filthy and difficult to contact
Thick dust, filthy with hair in both bathrooms and on 1 bed. Silucone bra support melted inside bedroom lamp. Bbq was not usable. 1 tea towel, pillows rock hard. 2 teaspoons of sugar for a whole week and refrigerator allowed butter to melt. Bedroom with bunks had strong chemical smell where washing/dryer was in cupboard and could see spilt chemical between machine and wall. Building garbage chutes were packed full so had to keep smelly garbage in apartment all week. Great, excellent location, especiallynear the Crinitis Italian restaurant in southbank- so authentic, large beautifulmeals. Building has a steam and sauna, great pool, spa and gym and views. Was so difficult to get checkin details, had to make numerous calls, emails, contact with stayz!. Stayz people were great. Host was just too difficult. Still awaiting reply and my trip has finished. Plus, when i finally got checkin details (at a convenience shop) the shop person refused to hand over keys before taking a photo of 2 IDs. Checkin details just said show ID. But i was left with little choice. Really dissatisfied. I will never stay there again or use the same host.
