Beau Monde is a centrally located relaxation centre of the east. Great local walks and cafes nearby. Hotel itself has great wines on hand and lovely friendly staff, with roomy, clean and tasteful rooms.

I was very apprehensive about our stay after reading the online reviews, we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the place is dated and would benefit from a major revamp but was clean and tidy and was value for money.

After reading previous reviews was a little skeptical. But the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Yes decor was old, but the room had a retro feel that we liked. Parking was easy. Would recommend.

This property is what you would call a booty call motel. Very dissapointing for price. The only good thing was the location and the size of the delux suite. It was run down, dirty and only 1 person running it. The bedding was stained, and dirty.

Great location. People were nice. Property run down. No breakfast. Dead plants in resteraunt. Had to clean filters in air conditioning unit our selves. Dust and rubbish behind the bed side tables and under the bed. Mould in the shower.

Room was basic, but did the job. Restaurant was basic, but meal was nice and well priced. Lift and hallways were dirty. On checking out staff member wouldn't issue a receipt. He said he needed to prepare it and he would email it in 15 minutes. Six hours later it still hasn't arrived.

The whole place is dated and dirty. Building is dirty and damaged and outside area unkept with dead plants and weeds. Hallway carpets stained, blanket to put on bed stained. Staff member aloof and not engaging at all. Remotes did not work but may have been flat batteries on both. Bed was fine to sleep in and linen was clean. Fingerprint marks on back of door around handle. Complimentary shampoo 1/2 used.
