Large for 1, spacious for 2, good for 4, accommodates a maximum of 6.
This modern self-contained 2-bedroom apartment unit houses a master bedroom with a queen sized bed and an en-suite. A second bedroom with a queen sized bed. A 2nd bathroom. A living area with a comfy 3-seater sofa bed that folds out to a double. A kitchen and dining. Complimentary coffee and tea. A laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron and an ironing board. Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Elizabeth St, only a 2-5min walk to Queen Victoria Market, RMIT or Melbourne Central station with access to everything all under the one roof.
You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.
I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of Elizabeth & Therry St, just a 1min walk away from us.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min walk away from us.
If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.
Other Things to Note:
Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.
This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.
The 3-seater sofa bed measurements:

- Depth: 85cm
- Height: 80cm
- Seat depth: 70cm
- Seat height: 45cm
