Coco House - California Dreaming...

we love this because...
We are always looking for unique places to stay and who doesn't love colour, COCO HOUSE explodes with colour.
When we stay here even the kids are entertained with the decor. They love the split level sunken lounge with the cosy fire and fight over the beanbag to sit and watch their favourite shows on Netflix or Foxtel.
Outside we sit undercover on the deck and cook dinner on the Webber while the kids bounce on the trampoline and the dog runs around the lawn in circles wanting to join in.
Nestled close to the Point Nepean National Park it only takes us 12 minutes to Bridgewater Bay or Pirates Bay.
When we are feeling energetic we head to the Blairgowrie Cafe only a 30-minute walk or we settle ourselves on the beach and swim in the shallow waters watching the yachts bob up and down.
At night we either head into Sorrento for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie at the wonderful Panda for dinner and drinks.

What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside.
Yay! a garden with tall fences to keep me safe. I love walking to Koonya Dog Beach where I can go swimming in the ocean with all the other doggies.
And there's a special basket just for me. No way! What's in there? Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Cozy Family getaway- Coco House -

Beautifully appointed and styled. Comfy rooms, clean bathrooms, lovely outdoor area. Ideal for families, with seperate living areas, Foxtel, and multiple bathrooms. Quiet location.

Coco House Stay

Lovely place, tastefully decorated and great location. The only drawback was that we couldn’t park near the house as we had a small luggage pod on top of our jeep and we couldn’t get under the tree branches that were over hanging in the driveway. This meant we had to park on the verge and also carry all our luggage about 30m from outside up the drive to the house which wasn’t good. Apparently they have received similar feedback in the past and they haven’t acted on it. Overall the property was lovely and a very comfortable place to spend time in.

Bright, clean and comfortable

This light filled house had colour, flair and all the comforts of home. Would definitely be back to enjoy the space again as the whole family loved being here over the long weekend.

Brush setting perfect for dogs

The property oozes confidence and the house was beautifully presented. The beds and linens are soft and comfortable the amenities modern and very friendly, communication was spot on and very detailed. Great place and perfect weekend for bush walking. Dogs aren’t permitted in the parks but that’s not the houses fault. Lol

Beautiful house

A beautifully presented house, about a 5 minute drive to the beach. Also Close to Rye foreshore and shops so in case you needed to go grocery you will find Woolworths or Coles. The house is spacious enough for a family of 5 or 6 and has a big backyard for the children to play.

Delightful Weekend Away

The property was exactly as described, comfortable, extremely tidy, great location and appointed with thoughtful touches. Communication in the lead up to our stay was excellent. (Only slight issue was that the internet was very slow, perhaps a reception issue, so we couldn't get the Netflix/ streaming services on the tv to work) Wouldn't hesitate to return!

Winter weekend stay

Lovely accommodation for a weekend away with our fur baby, it looks just like the photos. Good quality linen and towels. Comfy beds and everything was very clean. Central heating to keep the place warm and a fire, but you need to buy your own firewood. A great backyard with decking, which would be lovely in summer time. Would definitely recommend staying.

Perfect cosy autumn oasis.

What a cute little place, perfect for our family weekend getaway! Cosy nights by the fire toasting marshmallows, and crisp mornings out on the trampoline in the beautiful garden. Great location to walk and adventure through the back beach, and a short little drive to Blairgowrie front beach, just what we needed!
