不滿：整潔度
The bedsheets are terribly smelly and we didn’t feel any cleanliness in the bedroom. The mattresses in both rooms are bouncy and totally uncomfortable. My son found a strand of another persons hair on the pillow suggesting that the bedsheets weren’t recently cleaned. The aircon released smelly odours like urine. We requested to have maintenance on the second day in the morning, however after multiple backward and forwards emails we did not come to a resolution. As time passed, our period of stay came to an end.
