Welcome to our comfortable home for you and your family! Our home is placed in a quiet leafy suburb of Ringwood.
Perfectly positioned for a 10 min walk (or approx. 1 min drive) to a vibrant Ringwood Square Shopping Centre incl. Coles, Aldi supermarkets & take-away options along w/ Heatherdale Station. The bustling Eastland Shopping Centre & Ringwood Station is also within a convenient 3-4 min drive.
Our home is a short walk from two train stations: Heatherdale Station and Ringwood Station.
The space
We have 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 living spaces and outdoor patio, it will be a perfect match for a big family or groups' getaway.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with ceiling fans for added comfort. We provide high quality linen with wardrobes in all bedrooms. Travel cot and highchair available upon request.
Lounges of both living areas can be converted into sofa beds.
Ideal for longer stays: Weekly / Monthly with option of two train stations & supermarket/malls only a 10-15 minutes walk. A quick 3-minute drive to reach the entrance of Eastlink whenever it's needed.
Fully renovated main bathroom comes with relaxing bathtub and rainfall shower. It has a hair dryer & separate toilet. Our second bathroom has shower, toilet & vanity in one.
Laundry has a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
All rooms have ducted heating, only rumpus offers independent cooling & heating system to provide tailored comfort. Three units of air-conditioner throughout the property.
After a long day, relax on our spacious lounge & enjoy 55” Smart TV, connected to FREE Wifi & Netflix.
Kitchen has a spacious pantry, a freestanding oven, and a gas cooktop.
A Nespresso coffee machine for that perfect cup, and a dishwasher to ease your efforts. We provide essentials like salt, pepper, instant coffee, tea bags, sugar, and Nespresso coffee pods, ensuring every moment in the kitchen feels like home.
Enjoy breakfast around our extendable dining table which accommodates 6 people. Or simply relax in the outdoor patio yard around the outdoor dining setting for 6 people.

There is a self-contained unit attached to our place side by side. Each unit has its own private entrances and backyards. Only the front yard (incl. driveway) is shared. A dedicated parking space is allocated under the carport for your use, and the driveway parking space is reserved for the guest(s) of the self-contained unit. Free parking space is plentiful on side roads if you have more than one car.
Other things to note.
Weekly and Monthly stays most welcome.
We gladly accept long-term rental of up to 90 days at a time.

Comfortable, Cozy and Convenient
We had a wonderful Christmas getaway at Henry's place in Ringwood. Very comfortable family accommodation with everything you would hope for to make for a memorable stay. Little extra touches like chocolates, wine and coffee on arrival were greatly appreciated. Good location walkable to the station, Eastland's Shopping Mall and the Aquatic Centre. Communication with Henry was prompt and professional. Check-in/check-out were a breeze. Many thanks Henry!Cheers Tim

Comfortable, convenient and quiet
Long term stay whilst undergoing a renovation.
Henry is very accomodating and quick to respond to questions.
Quiet location, walk to either Heatherdale or Ringwood Station, Eastland, parks, Aths track around corner, walk to Ringwood Square.
Home is well heated
Rumpus provides a separate space with ensuite - water heater in this room but it dies an excellent job of keeping room warm
Lovely backyard with hills hoist and table
Negatives - only a couple which could be fixed easily - bedroom 2 has no ventilation and skylight needs a good clean to allow light into room as it’s very dark, bedroom 1 - cannot open window as key hole is restricted by shutters pelmet, bedroom 3 is really designed only for children not a teenager as bunk beds are short in length and difficult to climb to top bunk.
Bath is slow to drain - takes a good half hour to an hour to empty
Oven is on a set timer to switch off once 2 hours is reached and there’s no sound to indicate when time is reached
Heavy rain - can get some leaks from bathroom skylight so need to place bucket underneath.
Overall a very pleasant stay - hosts are excellent and very helpful and friendly.
Great Neighborhood too
Can walk to all schools nearby

Charming features, comfortably roomy, great host.
Henry was a lovely host, and quick to help with any questions. The layout of the house suited our family exceptionally well. It was comfortably roomy and pleasant to spend time indoors on the odd rainy day. With a pleasant back yard, and a charming front garden, perfect for a quiet evening wine. Perfect location for us. We very much enjoyed our visit and hope to return another time.
