Set in the prime Blairgowrie position just a minute walk from the front beach and 3 minutes to the village. Front Beach House is located in a family friendly cul-de-sac off the hustle and bustle of Point Nepean Road. (new photos coming)

Featuring 2 alfresco decks, located in the front and back of the home, a huge solar heated pool and heated spa, this house is an entertainers' delight!



Choose to dine inside by the gas fireplace or outside under the stars with ample seating for all. Sit back and enjoy the water glimpses and relax whilst the kids are busy playing in the secure front or back gardens.



Although the Front Beach House is large in itself, with 5 bedrooms and a lovely, light and airy open plan living / dining and kitchen upstairs, the property also has a very cool and romantic one bedroom Bungalow, 'The Love Shack', that can be booked separately if required.



Both properties have separate road entrances and are individually fenced off with a gate between the two.

Bed 5 (sunroom) : 1 x Tribunk (Queen on bottom King single on top). This room adjoins Bedroom 3



*Two of the King beds can be converted into 2 single beds, the King bed in Bedroom 1 cannot be separated. NOTE this will incurr an extra fee to have split of $60 per bed

We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. The Neighborhood:

Blairgowrie is located on a thin strip of the Mornington Peninsula, facing Port Phillip in the north and Bass Strait in the south, nestled between the popular beach resorts Sorrento and Rye. Blairgowrie boasts a charming shopping village, situated opposite the bay beach, featuring a gourmet supermarket, speciality shops, restaurants and cafes.



Calm and safe sandy beaches front onto Port Phillip which are popular with swimmers and families. Also fronting Port Phillip is the extensive Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron boat harbour which is a hive of water craft activity. Spectacular walks and scenery can be enjoyed in the Mornington Peninsula National Park which runs along the rugged Bass Strait coastline. There are numerous walking tracks along cliff tops, through sand dunes and down to the beaches below.
