Great location, slightly jaded and in need of some maintenance.

We had a fabulous family reunion in a lovely suburb. The house was very spacious, the decor was great and the beds were comfortable. However, the fabric of the house is in need of updating. A tap leaked in the master bedroom, there was only 1 key available for the property even though there was supposed to be a second on the key ring, some of the kitchen cabinets don’t remain closed and the pool hadn’t been cleaned out. (It was full of branches). We enjoyed our stay, but it wasn’t great value for money. You pay for location and a pretty interior, but not quality of maintenance.
