Family favourite only 600 meters from Tyrone Beach, beautifully styled with a coastal beach vibe this home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front and rear porch, off street parking, seperate laundry, kitchen with coffee machine, wifi, smart TV, reverse cycle heating and cooling, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, stand up paddle board, bbq, and this home is pet friendly.

Girls Getaway

We enjoyed a lovely weekend away. The place once we got there was a bit tired and weathered compared to the photos, sadly. Wasn't to the standard of cleanliness I would have expected. Having said that the bathrooms were clean, kitchen ok. Had an issue with a bi fold door that had dropped and Kirsty the Property Manager was fabulous and got it sorted in her own time which we were grateful for. Rooms were nice enough but much smaller than what photos showed and once again I would say not as clean as they could be. For the price we paid, I think we could have spent the same but got better.

Easter family holiday

We had a great day in Rye with our family for Easter, location, property, and communication was awesome. We have our large family stay here for five days over Easter and the house was the perfect size for all of us to have a great time together. The house is close enough to walk to main shops in Rye and Blairgowrie. As well as the front beach in Rye. I would definitely recommend staying here Thanks for having us, will be back
