It is 4 bedrooms brand new house with 5 beds in total. One master bedroom. 3 rooms have Queen size beds and 4th room has 2 single beds, . it has one podder room and shower room, 1 living area and one threater room, with free double garage parking and free street parking.
It has supermarket at Cobblebank Village and train station. Melbourne Airport is 35 Kms and Melbourne CBD is 35 Kms. It is a great loaclity.

Wouldn't take much to improve the property. A clock in the main kitchen area so we didn't have to rely on our phones, extra blankets in the cupboard for cold nights and extra pillows for on the bed would help with the luxury feel. Cleaning around the light switches and door handles would help it feels nicer and checking under the dining table for cleanliness (found a shard of glass), actually general cleanliness was a bit short. Unfortunately different security code in email and in app message. I tried the email one and couldn't get in. Small things really but overall not too bad. It has huge potential to really be a luxury accommodation, it's just missing a bit.

The property was amazing. It was actually more spacious than I initially expected. It was clean and comfortable. Some of the roads to get to the property are still being developed so that is something to look out for.

Loved the house, got blamed for things I didn't do. No media room. 1 bath not spa. No working washer for 4 days, Flooded floor for more than 4 days. No broom, no vacuum. Brand New neighbourhood so a its a worksite, trucks electric nail guns. Masive Potholes & flooding on main rd. Worms inside everywhere. House is beautiful.
