This is a Cosy Self-Service Apartment with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bath rooms in M-City Clayton which only door steps to all facilities including swimming pool , tennis court and BBQ Terrace.
This is a very convinient place to stay as Shopping Center is just right below on Ground Floor that have all you need in one place like Kmart, Woolworth, fine dining restaurants, Village Cinema, Snap Fitness and Medical Center.
Monash Hospital and Monash University are just 10 minutes drive.
Beautiful Mordialloc Beach is 15mins drive which you can enjoy a swim and sometimes wine/summer festivals.
Free wifi and Smart TV available. Also all bathrooms are fully equipped with essensial accessories.
Refrigerator, washing machine and dryer are all available in room for use.
Guesses can also enjoy the outdoor lounge overlook the swimming pool.
You sure will having a nice relaxing time staying here.

Gorgeous little apartment, beautifully decorated and ultra clean. Would 100% stay there again as not only is the apartment lovely, there is eateries, Woolworths and Kmart under the building. Plus, there’s a convenient parking space for a hire care included.

Excellent check in and booking process. Unit was small but the expected size. Very clean and tidy. General building showed signs of wear and tear and original workmanship not great.

I like that this property provides a complete set of amenities in the apartment, with convenience to the shopping mall as well. The owner is very fast to respond when I have a question. I would recommend this place . However, the only thing which I think could make the experience even better is to have a solid curtain that can block out the view of people into the apartment. Currently, the curtain is quite translucent and as the property is on the ground floor and has a "porch/verandah" area where other residents can also access from the back, other people could see the insides of the apartment rather clearly at night when the lights are turned on, which compromises privacy. Other than that, it's all good.
