Peaceful cottage located 300 meters walk to the stunning Bonbeach beach and 150 meters to the Patterson river walk/bike track loop. The Railway station, cafes and restaurant are only a 10 minute 450m walk.
The cottage is an original 1930's weatherboard, exuding its quaint high ceilings and calming reading/drawing room with a gorgeous cottage garden, salad greens and all your herbs to pick.

Featuring period furnishings with all the mod cons and kitchen, offering an enclosed private outdoor garden setting.
