The space
This brand new 4 bedroom townhouse is the perfect getaway for a family or 2, or large group of good friends.
Enough room for you all to enjoy a relaxing holiday together & not be in each other’s pockets all the time.

Walk through the entrance you will be taken away by the modern coastal feel heaps of natural light fills the entire home with a large living room huge comfortable lounge to the left Big TV includes free WIFI, Netflix & Spotify. The living area opens up to the kitchen with all the best appliances & a huge butler’s pantry. Opposite to the kitchen is the stunning dining area which leads out to the deck with BBQ with table & 2 chairs should you wish to have a quiet cuppa.

There is a deck out the front with a table & chairs should you wish to dine outside on a lovely day/evening we have an umbrella to protect you from too much sun. There is a weber BBQ which we have set out on the back decking area which you will access on the other side of the dining area.

To the right of the entrance you will find a powder room & fully equipped laundry.

You will then find the hidden stairway up to the 3 bedrooms, 1 with its own ensuite, huge WIR, TV, Own entrance to Deck & Study Nook should you be on a working holiday, there is another bathroom & separate toilet between the other 2 bedrooms.

Downstairs from the main living area is the double garage where we have place the dryer, you will find a hidden kids room. Should you have teenagers or another small family coming along we have this decked out with a bunk, TV & Sofa Bed.

Guest access
Key safe located at property keys provided with fob to open the double garage located at the back of the townhouse first garage on the left. Use the key to open front door to the house; turn off alarm if armed – code provided. You may park at the front of the apartment or park in the double garage at the back of the property

You have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.
Breaking any house rules could lead to an on-the-spot AUD $500 fine and/or eviction from the property.

Your check in will be self check in the keys are provided at the property on the morning of check in.

You are in a nice quiet area with 24 hour security. You are just a few minutes walk from the marina, cafe, restaurant & small grocer & 10 minutes walk from the beach. You can drive to the beach if preferred & its just a couple minutes away & Dromana is about an 8 minute drive with shopping, beaches, vafes, restaurants, IGA & so much more!
