This stunning recently completed architecturally designed house with 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms is idyllic for those who want to enjoy the Mornington peninsular in style.

Full cooks kitchen with Butlers Pantry, overlooking BBQ, garden and pool. One large space includes Kitchen, a Large Dining room that seats 10 people and a Living room with Large TV all opening via sling doors to the BBQ, garden and pool.

The Ultimate beach home filled with light all day long, only a 20min relaxing walk to Mount Martha beach and shops. Set over 1400m2 of private gardens, a secluded retreat while you relax poolside with a book and your favourite drink.

Providing the prefect retreat our beautiful 4 bedroom home boasts all the characteristics of a contemporary architectural designed house, featuring 2 spacious living rooms; one with an adjoining gourmet kitchen(Lots of quality cooking equipment, 2 ovens, dishwasher etc) and dining area, both spaces overlook a huge north facing deck and large 3 - 10 foot pool to relax and soak up the atmosphere. There is a outdoor table setting lounge chairs and webber BBQ providing everything you need for entertaining.

The master bedroom overlooks the pool and garden with adjoining ensuite. There are suitable laundry facilities, air-conditioning in main living area, and 2 separate outdoor areas available for entertaining/relaxing.

This home is ideally suited for up to 4 couples and a two children, it can comfortably fit up to 10 people. We have a huge 75 inch smart TV in the second living area with range of books and games for the kids as well as Netflix etc and wifi access.

All beds will be made up on arrival with fresh linen and towels we prefer that people do not wear shoes inside.

The house is smoke free but you can smoke outside.

The pool is fully enclosed with a glass safety pool fence to give you extra piece of mind if you have young children.

- this is our family home which we lease out on AirBnb at certain times during the year.
- we know all our neighbours well, and expect that all our guests respect our neighbours, keeping music down after 9pm.
- we know accidents happen, and if they do, we ask our guests to let us know ASAP.
- strictly no parties, schoolies groups, bucks/hens parties or other events.
Our house is for use by family and small groups of adult friends only. Sorry, but we cant accommodate young groups.

Guest access
You’ll have access to most of the property, including the pool, and entire back yard please feel free you utilise the vegetable garden. The only section, which is strictly out of bounds, is the area around the pool equipment, the ensuite walk in robe, study and garage- these areas will be locked. The main bedroom is very large and will be equiped with a portable robe and chest of draws. it also has a desk space.

Please Note:
My beautiful kitchen and bathrooms have carrara marble bench tops please take care as they can stain when exposed to wine, lemon juice or acidic foods. I have provided wooden platers and coasters for your convenance.
Sorry, no animals are allowed.
Normal check out time is 11am, and check in 2pm. If we can, we'll always try to accommodate if these times don't suit.

The home is newly built finished Feb 2018 very clean.

All beds come freshly made with quality linen. We know you're on holiday, and we want you to help ensure it's as relaxing as possible. Make yourselves at home, relax and enjoy the place.

Other things to note
We've have provided plenty of information on the area , a short 10-minute drive will have you in Red Hill where you can explore boutique wineries and restaurants. Whilst further down the Peninsula, golf courses, the Peninsula Hot Springs, amazing beaches & walks are easily accessible.
