Overall it’s is a nice hotel. Easy to find and the room is clean. However, if you take a overnight flight to get over there, I would not recommend. The check in time is 2pm but we wait until 3pm the room is still not available. The staff explanation is the Singapore airline delay the check out time. But why we need to wait fore more than one hour and still could not mention when we could get the room? We could finally check in at 5pm. It would be super exhausted if you can not take a good rest after long flight. Although they offer the welcome drinks to us, we just feel disappointed.

酒店在免費交通區內,乘坐電車、巴士和火車極之方便,附近有名氣食肆林立,大超市步行三四分鐘可到達,無論空調,或房間舒適問題都得到滿意解決,職員熱心及充分解答問題,可能因為是新酒店,房租比附近同級酒店便宜,設備雖简潔格調功能有序,我們住了七晚十分滿意.兼且酒店供應給客人的地圖準確及時。

Great location as its very central with lost of eating options. The hotel service was amazing, they allowed us to check in and check out late (for a very small fee). The staff are amazing and very helpful.

매우 별로임. 일단 위치가 찾아가기 힘듦. 밤 11시경 늦게들어와 샤워후 타월이 필요한데 어디에도 연락이 되지않음. 조식부페에 사람이 많아서 대기있음. 프론트 직원들 인도사람이 대부분이고 영어 잘 못하고 불친절함. 다시는 안갈거같음.

The location was spot on, handy to get a tram and get around Melbourne CBD. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Could do with a little two seater dining so that when you order in you don’t have to sit on the bed to eat your dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.
