Please clean up after yourselves, especially if you use an oven or BBQ stove(if any), do not leave dirty dishes,and take out the trash before checking out. WiFi works for browsing, streaming, and emails—but not for heavy downloads or commercial use. TV types vary: Smart TVs require your own login (please log out), and non-smart TVs may have limited channels.


🛏 Bedrooms & Towels
Fresh linens and towels are provided. Extra towels are $10 each. Please leave everything in the home; stains, damage, or missing items may incur replacement fees.


🍳 Kitchen & Waste
The kitchen has all essentials, but condiments aren’t provided. Wash dishes, clean appliances, and dispose of rubbish properly. Excessive or hazardous waste may incur penalty or inconvenience fees.
