The Space:
Revillaging Project by Tiny Away is a snug holiday home nestled in Boneo, a picturesque area known for its rolling farmlands, scenic countryside, and close proximity to the stunning beaches of the Mornington Peninsula. Just a short drive away are the seaside towns of Rosebud, Capel Sound, and McCrae, offering a blend of rural serenity and coastal charm.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home overlooking a UNESCO wetlands reserve, adjacent to our biodynamic farm. Complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our farm stay is located on a working farm, events center, and wetlands regeneration sanctuary. Embrace the charming agricultural sounds and countryside ambiance—this is a rustic, nature-filled experience, not a luxury retreat.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and explore the farm's main paths and mowed trails through the wetlands. If you're interested, preorders and activities are available with 72-hrs notice to the host before booking.

The Revillaging Project by Tiny Away is located in the quiet suburb of Boneo, just a short drive from Rosebud, Capel Sound, and McCrae—and about an hour from Melbourne. There’s so much to explore nearby!
Spend the day at Rosebud Pier, grab fresh produce at Hawkes Farm, soak in the Peninsula Hot Springs, or take a scenic bushwalk to Bushrangers Bay. Surf the waves at Gunnamatta Back Beach, stop by Hunter Cafe for delicious vegan fare, enjoy a meal at Barragunda, and hike up to Arthur’s Seat for unforgettable views.

- Pets are not allowed on the property
- Mobile phone reception has a good signal
- Natural Spring Water from our spring
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home, except in designated areas
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
