Could have been good….

We arrived on a hot afternoon to find air conditioning not working and no towels. Finally we found towels in the washing machine wet. I tried ringing texting the management who could not help and then ringing. Their final help was a phone number in the USA. We washed as dried the towels having used our own beach towels at first and after much googling found out how to master reset the air con. Disappointing.
