The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Kids and families will have a blast but..... unless you value Sorrento strip being close then i would do your due diligence when booking. Unfortunately for the price it’s not worth it in my opinion. All issues may seem small but when you’re spending this kind of money you expect things to be perfect. The pool gate closing mechanism is broken and sometimes won’t close unless assisted which is a safety issue with kids around. Theres a smell issue with the toilets in both main house and bungalow, smells like s**t constantly. Spa doesn’t work at allThe sand pit for the kids isnt useableThe couch is yuck, in desperate need for a clean. I get it’s hard to keep clean with kids dogs around but this hasn’t been tended to for a whileAlso the codes for the electric doors don’t seem to change, friends of ours rented in January and same code unsettling knowing anyone who’s stayed has a key. To end we had alot of fun and our stay was nice, kids had fun was a nice 4 days. But for me when you’re spending the amount it costs to stay here i would expect better unfortunately
