We just completed our 2021 refresh on Wanderlust. Huge paver area in the back yard. Freshly painted interior, pool deck and covered patio, upgraded internet, luxurious 1000 count lines and more.
As a preventative measure to protect our guests, we are using an ozone before our guests arrive. This additional disinfection and sanitation measure produces a highly effective oxidation agent which in known for its bacteria, fungi, virus and mold killing properties.
Wanderlust is cleaned and sanitized by professionals before each of our guests arrive. Our sheets, spreads and linens are washed sanitized as recommended by CDC Covid practices. Countertops, surface areas and floors are cleaned with a sanitizing disinfectant as well. We do not have carpet in Wanderlust so you do not have to worry about bacteria and other germs, lingering in carpet.
If you are sick, please let us know and we can reschedule your visit. We ask that you please wash your hands frequently and use the provided hand sanitizer so we can all work together to knock this virus down.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private pool home with an option to heat the pool for $25 a day. Wanderlust has extremely comfortable furnishings, including new mattresses and 1000 count linens and pillows for the beds. Large leather sectional couch with electric loungers on the end. WiFi throughout the house with smart TV’s in the living room and master bedroom with Netflix, local cable app (spectrum) and many other apps. Fully stocked kitchen with traditional coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker coffee grinder, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, brand new microwave and more. Beach Towels, bathroom towels and pool towels for 6 guest. Washer and dryer in the garage with detergent. Seating for 6 at the dinner table. 6 Pool side loungers with large umbrella, brand new stainless gas grill and gas fire pit surrounded by an outdoor couch. A couple fishing poles and portable beach chairs are provided in garage. Also a cornhole game in the garage that can be setup out back. Indoor game room with foosball table and dart board also plenty of books and board games. 3 Bikes with new helmets in the garage for your use as well. Family friendly and pet friendly with $150 non refundable pet deposit.
Enjoy the whole house in a Quite and safe neighborhood with a lot of local charm right in the heart of Historic DownTown Melbourne. Numerous beautiful beaches are less then 10 minutes from the house. Walking distance to FIT (Florida Institute of Technology)the local private college, which has an amazing tropical, botanical garden you can walk through anytime and events on property almost every weekend. Historic Downtown Melbourne is a hop and a skip away with fabulous restaurants and bars even the Melbourne Municipal Golf Course is right around the corner (public course). There is a Skate park and sports complex about 10 minutes from the house called West Melbourne Skate Park, baseball fields, jungle gyms and more for the kiddos. The house is a 5 min drive from the Orlando Melbourne Airport and an easy hour drive from Orlando International Airport. Also an easy hour drive to Orlando’s theme parks, Disney World, Universal Studios and other tourist attractions including the exciting and educational NASA Kennedy Space Center.
