Great Location with pool

My family really enjoyed this home! It was in a great location really close to the beaches and shopping district. We also loved the pool and the outdoor space. It was great for the kids to jump in the nice and clean pool after our baseball games. Thank you so much for the great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Always a good stay

The house is tidy, convenient and the pool is always a hit with our grandchildren- who are the reason for our visits to Melbourne. Brock is always happy to help and responds quickly. We have chosen this home for several years now.

Our third stay, great as always!

Our grandkids live in Melbourne, and this is our go to home for our visits. The neighborhood is quiet and when we walk our dogs, everyone is always friendly. The house is always clean and ready for guests and the pool is always inviting. Brock is easy to get in touch with and always helpful. We don't forsee staying anywhere else- three years here and counting!

Great house and pool

We had a great stay and my boys loved the pool and backyard area! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of space and everything we needed including plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. The house was located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a baseball tournament at the Space Coast Complex and it was an easy 25 min drive there. I would definitely recommend this house!

Fantastic open concept home, very comfortable living spaces, and super clean. Ceiling fans in every room to circulate the air, all the appliances and kitchen utensils needed to feel like you are at home. Thoroughly enjoyed the covered patio, grill and the salt treated pool. This is our second visit to this home and will come back again.

Property was nice to hang at with friends. The owner was always there when needed and accommodated all our needs. The town was small, not the best spot for 25-30 year old people however we still had a good time.

Thanksgiving at FIT

Everything about this property was perfect for our Thanksgiving visit with our granddaughter, a student at Florida Tech. The location was perfect, a block away from the campus, very quiet and safe. The moment we entered the property we knew it was perfect for our needs. It was immaculately clean, fully equipped, and tastefully decorated. No complaints! The host has thought of everything. All we needed to bring was our clothing and personal items. Everything else was provided. The pool and patio area is a wonderful outdoor retreat. Thank you Brock for a great vacation!

Grad Celebration

Perfect getaway in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need!

We stayed here during my son's travel ball tournament at the Space Coast Complex. It was a 25 minute drive and only 10-15 minutes away from the beach. It was centrally located. Brock was very attentive and responded quickly with any questions. The house was clean and had more amenities than I am use to in a rental. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool so much! The only complaint I have is the internet went out for an extended period of time a few times during our stay, which knocked out use of the television since it is a smart tv. It was a great place to stay and we enjoyed being close to a lot of places within a few minutes drive.

Our second stay!

The house is perfect to visit our daughter and grandchildren and both house and pool are always sparkling. The pool was definitely much used during the hotter than usual temperatures in June. We appreciate a host who's willing to accept 3 dogs and communicating with Brock is always quick and easy. We love staying in your home!
