不满意：清洁度
I would not recommend this property, although it is spacious, quiet and it has a great outlook, it is poorly maintained and very dirty. There were dead bugs on every windowsill, not a couple of days build-up of bugs (as it is summer), but the cleaner obviously doesn’t look for them or clean them. Every surface was dirty, every window and glass door was dirty. There are cobwebs everywhere, even down low in obvious places. The oven was dirty. The outdoor area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a month (at best). It is very basically furnished, so if you use the shelves in the wardrobes to store things, you need to clean them first. The master suite has a big walk-in robe but draws had random things in them and we could only find 1 clothes hanger in the 6 bedrooms! The facilities say there will be a Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing Board, we could only find the Ironing Board. Don’t expect any basics like salt & pepper. The hot water didn’t work (although that was fixed with a phone call). The large cool room/fridge in the kitchen didn’t work, luckily there was a fridge in the laundry. No instructions for the cool room or hot water. The cleanliness of the place and cool room were reported via a message to the Management Company a couple of hours after our arrival, and I haven’t had any feedback 3 days later.
