「The location is right off the main road, so it is in the middle of everything! They are doing construction on the property, but it really didn’t cause any issues. Our condo was clean and provided a beach chair, towels, and pool/beach toys. The view was very nice and it is easy to get to the beach and pool. Would recommend staying here! 」

「Perfect house for our family of 5 and communication was above and beyond expectations. The hosts were flexible and easy to work with. They responded to every message I sent within 10 minutes. The home had everything we needed, including ample kitchen items for cooking. We enjoyed the pool and backyard and appreciated access to beach and pool gear. The layout of the home gave us all space to spread out and the decor was unique and fun. Overall 10/10 for us 」

「This place is amazing!!! They thought of all the small things-tons of blankets, plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen and the location was amazing! The pool was our favorite spot. But the oceanfront views from the deck were so incredibly peaceful. Literally your own beach! The hosts went above and beyond. You need to stay here! 」

「Fabulous place to ride out the Florida afternoon rain. 」

「I love this house so much. It feels like our house when we visit. This is the second time we've stayed here and we will be back. Love love the view, the dock, the dolphins and manatees and the provided kayak and paddleboard were great. Derek is an excellent host. 」

「We loved the beach basically being in the backyard! Acces to beach and pool is wonderful. (The beach in this area was never overcrowded!)We loved the location! There was construction going on and there were boards up on balcony...but never did it bother us. The kitchen has the tools plus! The little things like board games, boogie boards, beach chairs made it feel like home. If i had to make a suggestion...Maybe more towels would have been nice so we didnt have to wash as often for the 8 night...

「We enjoyed staying in this large home that has been completely renovated and attractively furnished. It was very clean, well appointed, and conveniently located close to shopping, dining and golfing. Access to the beach was an easy drive across the intracoastal waterway and we never experienced annoying traffic delays when we went to the beach.We walked in the quiet neighborhood daily, the neighbors we met were friendly and we never had any worries about loose pets. 「Mind you the cottage is old and for the age it’s adorable. It was perfect for my daughter, her dog and myself. Yes you hear a train go by but it wasn’t loud. Very quiet area people were friendly, when you bumped into someone. We did have an internet issue but it was taken care of quickly. The owner and staff are great very responsive. One thing that I found not as I thought, was the yard, was very small not room for a dog to run around. We enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!」
