「When we arrived, the only staff available to help was the bartender who sent us to the wrong room. Upon finding our correct room, we pulled back the sheets to see numerous long black hairs and some sort of dirt/debris. As no one was available or answering the phone, we stripped the bed ourselves and did the best we could. The shower/tub had a liner that allowed a lot of water to fall on the floor, which we did the best we could to mop up the water.
