Angela House is a small and lovely 3-bed vacation apartment in the center of Melendugno. It is spread over two floors and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, 2 TVs, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, electric oven. Free parking on the street near the dwelling.

On the ground floor of Angela House there are: the living room with open kitchen, table and chairs for dining, 1 single sofa bed and TV, plus a shower room complete with box.
From
the hallway start the internal stairs to the upper floor, where there
are 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and TV, plus a balcony.

The Angela House apartment is located in the heart of Melendugno,
a pretty town with a famous coastline and several blue flag
award-winning marinas. The strategic location allows you to reach the
shopping streets and all the town`s services within a few minutes` walk,
while the sea and beaches of San Foca are just 6 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- The bathroom has no windows.
