「The elevator is not working well」

「The hotel is, really, a boutiqu hotel. I got a large room with a seating area..but that was about it. There is no kettle, bottled water or tea/coffee supplied ("Go to nearby coffe houses" I was told when I queried this). The morning staff member was a lot more pleasant :) Also, ifyou forget to hand your keys your room will not be cleaned. And, even if you do, only the towels were refreshed. I didn't not evidence of sheet refreshir even clean of desk :( Airconditioning was good. Hotwater...

「I have stayed in quite many different hotels and this Riad is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. After a long trip from Sahara desert, I was stunned by the serene vibe of this Riad and had a refreshing shower here. The facilities and room were clean and it showed a traditional Moroccan style in detail. The breakfast was absolutely amazing as to my surprise, I tasted one of the best yogurt. However, it would be better if they could deliver the breakfast quicker. I was in a...

「Stupendo!」

「The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. 」

「We stayed here for one night and we really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. It was raining heavily outside, so we were quite soaked. The hotel staffs were very warm, friendly and helpful when we arrived, handing us facial tissues to dry ourselves. They were very helpful with our luggages, helped us carry the two luggages up to our room. The hotel and room were nicely decorated in more of a contemporary style, very clean and tidy. The room was spacious with quite a high...

「The staff are very nice and can recommend good choice of food for us」

「Beautiful in every way. Staff was extremely helpful and the food was delicious! We will definitely remember our stay and spread the word to everyone we know. Food and location were excellent!」

「This Riad is 300 years old and kept in very good condition. Mohammed and Derys are very hospitable managers and helped us a lot. Rooms are decent and for the reasonable price, good value. We recommend this Riad, especially as it's only a few minutes from the Blue Gate.」
