「Also loved the location!」

「Olde Angel Inn is in a terrific location in the walkable part of Niagara on the Lake. The problem is that the rooms are over the bar and on Fridays and Saturday nights there is live music downstairs from 9:30 pm until 12:30 am complete with loud percussion and persistent bass. We reserved on Expedia and we're not told about this for-us defect. If you reserve directly at the site they supposedly tell you about this. We lucked out and the band did not show up on Saturday night but Friday night...

「The Price was ok, but it is an aging property that could use some TLC. they have obviously updated the equipment (TV, microwave, fridge) and the AC seemed brand new, but along the floor of the bathroom there seemed to be some mold. The rest of the bathroom was very clean.」

「Never ever don’t stay there. The most nasty place I ever saw. Air conditioner doesn’t work. No staff on site to help. Bed sheets were so dirty. There is a contact no. posted on the window that says you can call if you need any help, nobody answered the call, I called them multiple times.」

「First - the staff were extremely wonderful! They had a polite, kind and professional personas. I truly appreciate that when I stay somewhere Second - the property does look somewhat run down, but it is a place to sleep and it was peaceful inside the room and just fine! Not everything is how it seems. Third - the bed was comfortable and the pillows were great, just the carpet felt cool on the feet. Not a big deal at all, just maybe if staff see this they can look into that ? Fourth - overall...

「The location of Rainbow Motor Inn is good but rooms are not acceptable. First, the door can’t locked well. The lock seems broken. Second, TV is not working and air conditioner is noisy but even not cooler enough. Third, the room is not clean and bathroom is very dirty. Forth, the staffs are not friendly. Fifth, and the most ridiculous part is they don’t keep baggage for me because they said they are full booked, there is no room to keep it!!!!!!!! I will not stay in Rainbow Motor Inn...
