“Was shocked when I was told that I would have to pay for on-site overnight parking. This should be listed with the room rate (i.e. room rate plus parking) not listed hidden in property amenities. I later found out that this is a common practice in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Also disappointed that a $15.00 off coupon, per table, was offered for breakfast. And then there was issue of our climate control was not working. The room was getting stuffy & too warm as we tried to turn the unit on at 11:30p.……
