"The property was clean, it was easy to park and it was very walkable. I didn’t like that. It was $25 a night to park."

"I was disappointed that the pictures and description was deceiving. From what I was told the view of the capital and the continental breakfast is only for the top, most expensive floor. Only thing I saw was an abandoned building under construction and a street. The bed was extra firm. There is a significant space around the door that allowed in light and any noises in the hallway. The $20 a day parking in the basement parking garage was very scary with the low ceiling, huge pillars, and narrow spaces."

"This is an old hotel that has been kept up. It is clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the food complex that is nearby. There were 4 different places to eat under the hotel. We received drink tickets and breakfast tickets. It made staying close easy. The nearby lake walk to the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Convention Center was lovely, too."

"The toilet flush in our room wasn't working; the administration attempted to fix it after we reported the issue twice at reception, but it worked only once before failing again. The receptionist who checked us in and took our initial report was unfriendly and angry. We had to use the public restroom for the entire duration of our stay, and we received no support or apologies."
