「The hotel had double charged me for the room rate and I had checked and waited for a month already but still drives me nothing of feedback.」

「I was not able to have breakfast, had an early morning flight. However check in was awesome, topped with excellent customer service. Spacious room for a quick stop or short stay when traveling with family. For longer stays, they have their little restaurant since the room doesn't have a full kitchen. The ambience in the lobby is ideal for relaxing etc. Love this hotel. My children did too.」

「Loved it. There is the train but they supply earplugs, but everything about the hotel makes up for that small thing. Just texted to a friend that I would definitely stay there again. Loved everything about it!! Thank you Ruby Marie.. also, great breakfast!」

「Parking a little pricey and walls a bit thin when it comes to screaming children. Nice vibe though. Great location. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「Our room was clean, appointed with fun artwork that you can tear off and take with you. Didn’t use many amenities as we were in and out. We opted to park ourselves and it’s a short walk to the garage, so on a cold night it might be best to take advantage of the valet. The bar area is nice but it was busy and understaffed so we waited quite a while to be acknowledged. Once we placed our order, drinks were made well, the bartender was very nice but a bit overwhelmed and it showed. 」

「Appreciate the lake view and the comforts of the historic home. David and Bob are wonderful hosts. They thought of everything and did a great job with the recent renovations. Nicely done!」

「Man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Clean room in a great location. Bar was open late. Parking in the Wilson St Garage was easier and cheaper than on site parking. Overall, a great stay and we'll be back 」
