Large home with ample bathrooms and tons of beds, with a convenient location. However, the property is in need of updates and not well-maintained. There are several cracked tiles in the kitchen and the laminate flooring throughout the house is coming up. The living room furniture and patio furniture need to be replaced. The yard is much smaller than it appears in the photos and the grass wasn't mowed. A shutter had fallen off the front of the house and was just lying in the yard. Shrubs and bushes are overgrown. There was some sort of sticky liquid on the desk in the master bedroom and unflushed toilet tissue in one of the commodes when I checked in. I'm not sure how the cleaning crew missed all of that. My group still had a good time, but the property management team definitely needs to spend some time cleaning, repairing, and updating this place before I would ever stay there again.
