- Welcome to our thoughtfully curated 5-bed, 4-bath charming Victorian duplex. This sunny, spacious retreat blends comfort and style with artful touches to make you feel at home.
Our special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This historic, updated 18th-century home offers the perfect blend of charm and convenience. Located just steps away from iconic Beale Street, Clayborn Temple, the National Civil Rights Museum, the Lorraine Motel, the FedEx Forum (home of the Grizzlies), and the historic Peabody Hotel with its famous ducks — you won’t need a car to get around!
The space features modern upgrades, including central heat and air, an updated kitchen and bathrooms with the latest appliances and cookware, two full bathrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
We would love to host you and your family! Free off-street parking is available.

There were 6 adults including 3 seniors we enjoyed the entire home and the great amenities nearby. The area was very safe and comfortable for all of useWe plan to come back again.

There were 4 senior couples & there were 3 bedrooms downstairs with 2 baths which worked great for two of our couples that really needed first floor accomodations. Then, there were two bedrooms upstairs with two full baths for the other two couples. There were plenty of spaces to gather & visit in the house. Very close proximity to Beale & Main St.

The house stands alone and at first I was a bit concerned about the area, but it was fine and the location was really good for walking down to Beale street and the Lorraine Motel. Also a great breakfast place called the Arcade within walking distance. The accommodations are essentially two complete apartments, each with a kitchen and worked great for the 12 of us. Two of the bedrooms need to share a bathroom which is fine. The front porch was nice late at night. The place was spotless and well stocked with linens.

Great communication. When the lights went out they was on it, didn’t matter what time of night, someone came out and called the next morning checking to ensure everything was still going well with our stay. Love the style of the house and the remodel of the inside of the house. Nice neighborhood, lots to do in the area. Great place for a large group.

The house is just as shown. Location is perfect for Memphis visitors - walking distance to Beale Street, the Peabody, Sun Studios, Dominick Distillery, FedEx Forum, Rock and Soul Museum, and much more. The house was super clean and all necessities were provided. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely rent this again if we are back in the area.
